Dorne Wars VR is a computer game designed for the virtual reality of HTC Vive. This is a first person action game. The main task of the player is to defend against drone attacks and to get the highest score. The game takes place in an enclosed arena with no movement. The main game mechanics are balls and shield. The ball serves as a throwing weapon that responds to the movement of the controller. Ball is reflected from walls of the arena after the throw, until the player calls it back. The game was created in cooperation with Ostrava's Craneballs studio in a team of four students from the University of Ostrava and the Technical University of Ostrava. All graphics are original and were created by René Polichronov and Petr Dostál. The game was programmed by David Bohunovský and František Šamšala and runs on the Unity engine.
